    kinder trog

    i know its a bit early but how many are doing this one . I have not done it for a few years .Used to be one of my favourite races
    table for 2 have you got a reservation ? have i got a reservation!!!

    It's the day after Ennerdale - I may just go along and watch!

    As for hints, don't blast off up Lantern Pike too quickly and it's probably worth recceing the bit between Edale Cross & South Head if you're not familiar with it.
