Re: Broxap 24 hour Munros Roun

reckon it would have to be whitsun week so that those of us with families and teachers, etc could take time off.

found out I've left BOTH my cameras somewhere so hoping their in Jon's car. There should be some nice pics of support team in the Cam Ban tent (
It was a bit of a squeeze with 4 people in a mountain marathon tent.) and highlander dressed in a blanket like a refugee. plenty of video too. just a shame I didn't get the conversation at the youth hostel, although I suspect Ama Dablam will be glad not to have tales of double Bob Graham rounds.

A great weekend despite me hobbling around AGAIN with knee and ankle. Must be getting old.

Report from Mark Hartell, along with a couple of Chris's pics, are now on the grough website at www.grough.co.uk.

Many thanks to both of you for that and hard luck to all of you who put is such an effort for a valiant stab at the record.

    Here's to 2009!

Probably not but amusing anyway. Seems you were reunited with your cameras, then, FMA. Thanks to you and CU for the pics, and Mark for the excellent article. Just like being there, but without the driving (we did of course sample the weather in BG-land)

i've amended the video a bit - now at http://video.google.co.uk/videoplay?...24117297180402

There's a fault in my video editing software somewhere which won't let me save the whole thing in higher quality which is very annoying. I'll see if I can find a way round it.
