    Water Proof Pullover type???

I'm looking for something like the 'Haglofs' Oz Pullover but something a bit cheaper. Unfortunately £140 is beyond my budget - must be pullover type.
    Many Thanks

The Montane is a great piece of kit for 20 quid - I think half the forum bought one when they were first on offer. I ended up in a blizzard over Whernside a while back and it was great. I've also got a Berghaus Paclite, which is more waterproof and I'm really pleased with it. It's also available in a pullover version.

Thanks for that - is it warm? Does it have any sort of lining?

Montane featherlight is great- especially to just stuff in a bum bag when you don't think you will really need it. However mine has no hood and is not really waterproof. It does keep the wind off and even in rain keeps you damp but warm. It is very thin, no lining or taped seams and would not pass as waterproof just body cover. So it depends what you want it for.

If you really need a waterproof perhasp consider the OMM smock if you want a pull over- Pete Bland and The Climbers shop both stock them
