what's on your mp3 ?

I wouldn't want to run with music. Especially on the hills. But then I'm not very musical.

I liked watching Gebreselassie break an world record in Birmingham a few years ago to the sound of Scatman. Brilliant!

I don't run with music either - mainly i am too scroogey to fork out for earphones which don't fall out/off and indeed an mp3 player that actually works cuz i have a really cheapo one which is crap

hmm RG I was daydreaming running from High street to Nan Bield pass listening to the Rolling stones and I fell and hurt my ribs........mp3 player survived ok though

Still listening to the 2006 Festive Fifty. I agree with daz re: wildlife, but sometimes it just nice to be in one's own world to block out the pain! Never use it at night though - nice to have all senses working then.
