you can use used up used pot noodle and ben and jerry pots to start your runner neans off before planting them in larger pots no sweat

We have used River Nene for nearly a year, their produce is good quality.
I found the boxes are good, they deliver what's in season (not always what's online, it depends on what they have available) so you get a bit of variety from the usual carrots/brocolli etc..
