I'm running. A-Z is helpful if you don't know the way...

    1. SK 350 896
    2. SK 377 910 (Site of trig -means there used to be a trig -not any more!)
    3. SK 341 903 (The road bridge over the river below this checkpoint was washed away last year -be prepared for wet feet!)
    4. SK 329 880

Is there a set route though between each of the specified points - there must be?

Although this has been advertised as July 31st, it is not on. Instead, a return of 'Not the National Cross-country', an old Dark Peak favourite that hasn't been ran for a few years now. It will be on the same date. As Neil pointed out the bridge at Wards End has gone, resulting in a rubbish alternative route, so myself and Alan Yates thought a rerun of NNXC would be welcomed.

NNXC is a 2 lap race with two ascents of Den Bank and two other climbs as well, basically, a fast and furious romp around Rivelin.

The race is open to all. It very informal. Keep an eye on the DP website for more details...

Nope, which ever way you like. Hence having a map if you don't know it!

My route according to mapmyrun is 8.75m/920ft
