Borrowdale Fell Race

Does anyone know if it will be Saturday the 1st of August or Saturday the 8th?

I know it's usually the 1st saturday in the month therefore that would be the 1st however I'd hate to get it mixed up and circle the wrong week in my little black book

Probably end up camping I suppose. Great memories from the last time I did this race, in fact met lots of people there and made some good friends. It truly is a brilliant event.

And i won the dance off


certain forumites struggled on the dance floor, i wont name names

I always struggle on the dance floor and my footwear on the night didn't help at all.

for the more newer forumites such as myself, can someone tell me what borrowdale is (distance etc), also, what's this dancefloor stuff, is there an overnighter/party etc

Not done it, missed it this year cos of holiday, be there next year.
Someone more knowledgeable will tell you about the nightlife but i've heard its a bit wild
