Local Clubs Fell Grand Prix 07

Just to let folk know the Local Clubs Fell Race Grand Prix involving Rochdale, Rossendale, Radcliffe and Middleton Harriers is on and the races are being selected by the member clubs. Quite a few folk have been asking. Stay tuned ...

Also note that Nick Harris of Rossendale Harriers has kindly offered to provide a fell running coaching session at Marl Pitts on Sunday 11th February, 9:30 a.m., open to all members of the 4 clubs.

Middletons race on Crompton Moor looks interesting BJ. It's a new race and isn't in the FRA calendar.

Do you know if it's open to all runners or just for those who run with clubs in the Grand Prix?

Its definitely open to everyone and its tougher than it sounds. We reccied it in the winter (to measure distance and ascent) and at that time of year it even had its own waterfall! Made me want to wash my hair in bucket like in the advert.
