Buggered my calf up! Too many races between Boxing Day and New Years eve, followed by Staffs champs yesterday. Couple of weeks rest needed me thinks....

Ah, whereabouts Clodhopper? Had a similar problem for the last couple of runs...on both feet, on big toe joint. That's probably what I've done as well!?

Just in front of my ankle on the top of my foot there's a boney knobbly bit (suppose everyone has this) just above the arch.

I've hurt my foot serves me right for running best part of 3 miles on the road in walshes. A whole week its been bad for to the extent where I can't run. I'm even giving it treatment.

Just the thing to happen when you are building up the miles for a marathon and a run round edale skyline

    Re: Todays Injuries

Managed to get tennis elbow from falling downhill on the yomp, i had a new Polar on and didn't want to damage it, so my elbow seemed a good brake. Didn't hurt unless u caught it, woweeeeee! went down eventually.
The very uneven down hill from 9 stds gives plenty of oppurtunity to fall over a lot!

I think I've got this too...as well as my dodgy achilles tendon.

It never rains but it pours.
