The outside of my left foot has been playing up today!.
When i put my weight on it, it kills...and again when i take my weight off it i get the same pain.
Its quite a violent pain and it causes me to limp.
Theres no bruising or anything.....It just kills to walk on.
Any ideas whats up?

Certainly did, there was a surprising ammount of blood too.
Just got back from the Pod.
After resting since july, only running 10 - 15 miles pw steady,cycling and stretching religously with a view to overcoming my biomechanical gripes and reoccuring Plantar Faciatis etc by jan, out of the blue without doing anything different the whole thing flared up again last week in both legs.
Pod sys I am a challenge and the 2nd worse case he has had but he won't be beaten - I suppose its nice to be made to feel special but i am so f*cked off right now, no more running for at least a fortnight.
Gutted...my knee isnt getting any better. I was killing during my run last night and walking downstairs today has been hell - and my uni has loads of bloody stair.
I think after my race on sunday, im guna rest for a few weeks.
