Racing the train down cairgorm in scotland, after the ticket man said it could be beaten. I was avoiding walkers and on a loose gravel track, slipped fell over and have minor cuts on arm/back/hip/leg. Worth it though as i still beat it

Late entry... injury actually on 14th August... lost end of thumb to an axe!
Pulled r calf falling of Xbike on sunday.
Have been icing regularly and though still sore there is noticeable improvement. Also tried an alternative approach to recovery by drinking on Sunday and last night, so I now feel like S**t and am not tempted to go back to training too soon, thus allowing my calf more time to recover.
Get an azerty keyboard.
