    Help - joint supplements

The company I work for are looking for some people who are happy to share their experiences of taking joint supplements – talking about what supplement they swear by (chondroitin, glucosamine on their own, or as a combined pill) to use as press case studies.

Have the supplements eased your aches or pains, or made no difference at all?

If you could PM me and I will give you an email address to send a brief overview of what you take, how long you've been taking it, whether you've seen a noticeable difference in your joint care health since, together with name, age and contact telephone number. An indication of how active you are i.e. running 40 miles a week would be helpful too.

The best case study will receive £20 gift voucher to spend at a store of your choice. Closing date is next Monday 14th.

If anyone could help out I would be grateful.

    Hopey

Bit more info.....come on there must some pill pushers out there!!

My hubby’s (Michael) PR company is looking for people who are happy to share their experiences of taking joint supplements – talking about what supplement they swear by (chondroitin or glucosamine on their own or combined) to use as press case studies. Mainly to see if the supplements made any difference.

If you’d like to do a case study or can provide your help, get in touch providing a brief overview of what you take, how long you’ve been taking it, whether you’ve seen a noticeable difference in your joint care health since, together with your name, age and telephone number. Also outline the level of training you are currently doing.

    Thanks in advance..................emmi

Cheers Stagger I'll get a few questions over to you shortly.

Cheers Emma, bit more info than what I put, but I left email addresses off due to spam email, any chance you can take them off? Otherwise Michael will be getting bombarded with 100's Viagra emails ha ha

Anyone else can help, PM me and I'll send you a few questions.

    Ady

Would it be better to share all the replies with folk on this forum.

That way we can all benfit from peoples experiences.

I've upped my intake to 1500mg super horse pills, cant say I have ever really noticed any benefits from Glucosamine. I just take them as a precautionary based on the good press that they get.

    Cheers

Yes I can't see there being a problem with that, as long as all the people supplying the information don't mind.
