After feeling sorry for myself witha groin strain last couple of days feeling like I will never run again, flicking through Marathon! by Timothy Collings and Stuart Sykes, theres a bit about Mike Stroud and Ran Fiennes 7 marathn in 7 days. Stroud ran without the tensor fasciata in his right leg, against medical advice. What strikes me is that , as far as I remember Stroud makes little mention in his book of his own challenges and problems. Inspiring stuff!
