Rolf Harris doesn't use his wobble board any more. Make him an offer.
He might throw in his didgeridoo as well!
SM,
Make your own wobble board; if you are able to do single leg balancing, roll up a towel really tight and stand on it, works really well. I use a rolled up towels a lot more than the wobble boards in the physio gym, also save yourselg a bit of cash!

not quite sure what you mean Gaz?
do you mean my instructions or single leg balancing?
Depends if your ankles are really weak (or lack of proprioception) as on a wobble board you might start on 2 legs and progress to single leg but with a towel, only room for one foot.
With regards to the towel, roll it up tightly length ways, a bit like a swiss roll and stand on it, easy. Start with simple balancing exercises and progress to throwing / catching a ball, playing 'keepy uppy' with a balloon or busting bubbles (as log as someone can blow them for you). As you improve include more dynamic plometric exercises to built on greater ankle and leg strength and stability
Hope this helps

Gaz - I meant the towel bit - does it let you do anything other then balancing back to front or can you work on the side to side part as well?
Does that make sense?
any position you want, experiment, have fun but be safe.
