Ankle Gaiters

Please where can I find light weight but fairly robust waterproof ankle gaiters for trail shoes? I bought some Raidlight which are a delight, but the proofing shredded almost immediately so now instead of repelling the wet they soak it up like a sponge. I also have some very old simple tube style gaiters I bought at a race years ago, but can't find similar to buy. Help!

Innov-8 do some, not sure how good they are though. Should be better than Raidlight which as designed more for keeping the sand out.
