Senior woman got team GOLD today with Sarah Tunstall individual bronze, Vic Wilkinson 5th, Katie Ingram 9th & Candice Taylor 17th - brilliant runs from all.
Junior women team bronze. It was a good, testing, varied course with a cruel uphill finish - the finish area was like a war zone with bodies everywhere.

I think the Turks will be the ones to watch after seeing results of the junior mens race. 1, 2 and 3.
