See, the thing is, the problem is insurance you see. I imagine if the person behind the counter was the franchisee, they were probably thinking "if this little kiddiewink trips over tha pile of Shrek videos I left in the stockroom, this 'ere woman eyes are going to light up and flash £ signs.
