How far is that then ? Is the Roman road on Skipton moor? It sounds an ideal cross bike route?

~22miles and probably 60% offroad millipede. Roman Road is the bridleway under the trig on Skipton Moor. Very wet at the moment and would be tough but doable on your crosser Paulm was up there training before PPP c-x

90 miles this morning with the thin racing snakes at a very harsh pace. Feet up now before a night out at the Italian, might even get started on the red wine now!

23 miles with 800m of climbing in 1.58 hours, very wet under tyre I didn't think we could find more hills.

Took in Bradfield, Ughill, Moscar, Ewden valleyx2, Strines

    Misty with occ shower

Definitely need some neoprene booties or will have to resort to carrier bags in my shoesmy feet got very cold on the long descents.

    Thighs burning at the moment.

A little 60 miler this morning, very steady out, hardish back. Lots of heavy showers even though the BBC forecast said full sun - it was even saying it when I got back whilst raining outside

    Re: Todays Bike Ride

Cut the intended 75 mile ride short this morning due to having a cold. The pace was also hard so does not help having a cold. Did 22 hard and 20 back easy. No Screes for me tommorrow, will probably do an easy 1-2 hour run instead.
