    Def more than 60miles today
bit of a cold but managed it.

A nightmare start though. Wife and lad went to football and just as i was setting out for my ride my phone went ( Your son has forgotten his bloody footie boots)

So chucked his kit bag over my shoulder and blitzed the 15miles to the ground and gave him the boots and watched them win 6-4.

He even played in his dads old position ( right back )

So then rode a steady 50miles. Very windy and lots of rain.
God it was hard fighting that wind.
Only one idiot in a car the proceeded to cut me up then wave at me as if to say sooooryeeeee.

3 hours on the lanes around Pendle, up to lower Wharfedale and back via the lanes of the Ribble valley. Watery sunshine in a pale blue sky and a mild feel to the day made for a pleasent ride.

this is what i use and have dug out this week - does a good job, covering the ears.

That looks OK, does it fully cover your lugs?

I have just got it out of the garage and checked!...to cover or fully cover the ear that is the question! I could say it depends on the size of them, it is stretchy material but YES it covers my ears. If I make it to Shepherds on Saturday i'll bring it with me.

70 miles this morning - what a mild day. Blue skies out toward the coast and around 12 degrees! Chatting today about next years Mallorca training camp and so far there are 31 of us going!

Quick 20 mile spin from Raglan taking in the Blorenge. Trying to get some climbing in my legs as I am off to Spain in 2 weeks and looking to go up L’Angliru. Although it may all be covered in snow which will be a good excuse not to do it...
