I have just done 8 mile on the bike. 4 weeks after my op and it felt ok

Well done mate, crap weather today, done 18 miles meself on road bike, plan to do 30 tomorrow and 45 on sunday, off to a party tomorrow night so may only 44.5 on sunday

32 mile on road bike, windy as a morning after a curry!!! Well timed coffee break at Hollingworth Lake, it bloody tanked it down. Nice stretch from there down through Todmorden to Sowerby Bridge, tailwind, was flying along merrily
