Most of my bikes are here: http://www.facebook.com/album.php?ai...3&l=4cb649c1c7

Haven't got a icture of the TT bike or the MTB yet...

Did 3 hours on the track yesterday, much better than last week... Both physically and mentally. Think it did help the bike stayed in one piece this week LOL

Turbo this morning, no time for going out on the road, as it was my fell race today...

Road ride tomorrow, 3 hours or so, if the weather will allow... Forecast is pretty dreadful!

Lactate treshold test on Wednesday, to see where I stand and to get training intensities right

Ten day training trip to Mallorca planned as well... My goodness, if I don't get better at riding a bike, God knows what is wrong and I must get back to fell running LOL

The Giant TCR is a lovely bike, very eye catching indeed.
You will get better and faster. Sometimes it can come quick on a bike. I go for two or three rides and feel rubbish then the next one bang you fly along.
Derny training is the way forward but no bugger arond here has one
lets hope this weather picks up.

I think the only time Ive ever used the 12 tooth is when a certain forumite past me doing 50mph and threw a bidon at me. She had her chin on the bars at that time, it was a blurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

We need more pictures of everyones bikes.
And here was me thinking you were going to go back at get it for me?!

Daz, derny stuff is next, once I have built up a proper base again

I use 53 or 52 (depending on bike) 12 quite reagularly... but never on the flat lol

Turbo for me today, oh the shame of it... no real excuse other than that the weather forecast was crap and we sort of resigned oursleves to a lazy morning in stead of the clubrun...
