    The bike with the litre engine is going and I also have a buyer for my Colnago so this means a shiny new one

    Well, did my lactate treshold test last night... disappointingly easy really... and I am disappointingly unfit

    At least I have something to work on... deflection point at a HR of 156 bpm pushing 200 watts

    Mind, at least coach had guessed my training zones right... so we just continued the way we were and I now know when I am actually working hard enough or not as there had been some doubt about that...

    Hann dont worry about the wattage as that will go up fairly quickly.
    Your actually not that unfit ( Honest)
    When your very fit the test does become harder.
