Han - have you quit work and become a full time cyclist or are you just having a few weeks on the bike

No Ady, I am still in work... but was in Holland for an art fair and working hours were 11 am - 7 pm, so have been taking advantage of the daylight hours in the morning to get some decent rides in...
I am doing some more structured training this year, to se where that gets me racing

Ahhhhhhhhh, back on the bike today, after a few days of coughing and spluttering in stead... a good two hours on the track, in stead of the full 3 hour session, as I did not want to overdo it. Felt a bit CBA, but glad I gave the legs a spin in the end...
