    Good effort!

Ive had a few near misses, latest one was a guy in a tipper wagon doing a u-turn on a roundabout without indicating...nearly drove over me!

    Like the pic Dom!
I went for an 8 mile trot this aft and then had a trundle out on the crosser and was dismayed at how damn poor the brakes are compared to 'normal' brakes. I like to feel myself stopping, especially coming off Whernside and with these brakes you just don't!!!

Yeah, I agree Ady! It takes abit of getting used to again and quite scary when you are on a roadbike with proper brakes as well...

Ratfink... My training may look professional, it certainly isn't scary, just a lot of hard work I am putting in this season to see where I get... And yes, professional it probably is, although I am not the pro but my friend advising me is

Most of my goals for the season have alreday been achieved in three races... which is a tad scary

Only a sub 25 10 and an hour off last years Three Peaks CX time to go

Nice one Toff, glad you are on here regaularly again

So far, I am in London and have commuted on the foldup with 20 ins wheels and yes, I can still average a decent 17.5 mph dodging traffic and waiting at lights Top speed was 38.7 kms/hr today.

Off on the roadbike now for a few laps of Richmond Park...

Maybe, but what percentage of convicted drug cheats get done for taking drugs a seconf time? I suspect it's quite a high percentage, although I don't know the answer.
