I am all smiley because I raced again... and held out for 4th or 5th I think... got away with the break, which went early... then got dropped and TT-ed for a couple of laps between bunch and break, as I have a crap sprint so didn't want to drop back to the bunch...

last night had a sore throat on the right hand side - so had a look in the mirror to see white coated tonsil - been to docs this morning - see if penicillin will work in 2 days - don't want to get really ill - might have to commit to my sponsors to ride the route on a different day - a*se ar*e ar*e

Was looking forward to a sunny bike ride on Sunday but just looked at the forecast and it going to be ark weather! Looking forward to being back in the UK now. Looking like a much needed longish trot out on the hills instead.
