O should be getting a Ti crosser from Qoroz, for Three Peaks CX, think it is time for an e-mail to Marcus to see how he is getting on with my bike

19.75 miles and around 1500 feet in very wet conditions - Hesketh Lane, Chipping, Little Bowland, Burholme Bridge, Whitewell, Lees, Cow Ark, Bashall Eaves, High Hodder Bridge, Chaigley, Hesketh Lane; just 1h 30m.
Dodgy descents with rain sluicing down the spectacles!

Good riding in the rain Donkey, hard core

I was on the track this morning, tinkering with pursuit bars I have borrowed for the track champs at the end of the month. Just as well, as we have had a fair bit of rain already today... Turbo sprint session tonight, in the dry comfort of my home again...

Hann, not as "horrendous" as I expected it to be! I daren't take my spectacles off, as my vision would be worse than with rain sluicing down them. The normally 'good' Tektro CR520 cantis were very impaired by the water, more so than my companions Sora double pivot caliper brakes! Reads as if you are really getting into the track scene?

I love the track, this is going to be my first ever racing on the track though, so we shall see!

Canti's don't have as much stopping power as caliper brakes... be careful in the wet!

I had a lovely trip out from kings tree over cut gate to langsett and back. I'd forgotten how good a bit of singletrack it is

One day I will ride up the langsett side with out putting a foot down! Not just yet though...

And I had to do my 1.5 hrs easy on the bliddy turbo! Weather was horrendous when I woke up, storm and lashing rain... Typical: now that I have finished the sun has come out. Mind, not sure for how long and it is still very windy. One of my windows blew in last night, I think I may need a new one :S...

I braved the weather yesterday with a fellow bikie who took me to some new places that id never been before. A good long ride and 30odd miles of it easily at 25mph. Very very windy but we both worked our socks off.
Best part was when I pinched my fellow rider's bananas out of the back of her jersey.

You can pilfer food off a rider without them knowing in this wind

Pilfering food? You must have needed it whizzing along at the speed and in the wind too - hope you kept up, did she eat hers?!
