Spin bike session last night at Revolution. Hard work and the floor was like a puddle after. Must start taking a mop and bucket.
One thing that puzzles me is the amount of people that do a spin session and dont sweat!!!!!.

Because an MTB is a total waste of energy on the tarmac and to use it in its intended environment you have to load it onto the car and drive miles. If it's tarmac, ride a road bike ( or a cyclo cross with suitable 'compromise' tyres ); when the tarmac ends, run!I've never got why all you rufty tufty fell runners ponce about on roadbikes??
