Great when they're good bikes... not so good when I have to ride a dog.. mustn't grumble though. Going back to your previous question... I love SRAM Red. I find the double tap really intuitive and slick. Would be my group set of choice on a build.

I have this for the track:

And spare batteries are soon going to be a thing of the past. Custom builders are already doing internal batteries with USB charge ports built into to the frame!
http://weightweenies.starbike.com/fo...p?f=10&t=79009 Very tech. Even the Di2 control module for set up is being housed in a custom built stem and not hanging around like it does on most bikes.
Thanks eavesy, i'll have a look at that:wink:

15 miles in 50 minutes tonight. Legs didn't feel too clever after last nights hill reps. Always take the hard way home now up the short, but around 20% back alleys. Found a full cobble one that'll be good training for the ronde van oost lancashire. Did manage to crack one of my goals tonight though, to trigger a speed camera. That put a smile on my face. Need to set some real goals now though and have things to work towards. Got the ronde and hell of the north for next year, but want some more!

She is a friend Daz... but you know what happens to peoples faces when racing, that is why I like wearing sunnies, especially on the track! People can't see you eyes or facial expression so you can look as cool as a cucumber while suffering like a dog

    Re: Todays Bike Ride

An hour bang on the rollers then an 11 mile run for me.
    Also
    Hoovered the house
    Cleaned the bathroom
    Cleaned the spare room
    Cleaned the kitchen
    Hoovered downstairs
    Polished
    Done the mirrors
Cooked a chicken casserole, that was cooking whilst i ran.
Fetched a case out the attic for my son
Cleaned both chains on my roadbikes and polished them
Put two lots of washing in the washer
    Fed the dog
    Washed the pots
    Dried the pots.

    Now just watching gold rush.
    A typical bikies night.
