Rest day today for me, before tomorrow race... Just as well, as it is so windy, I nearly got blown away on my 300 metre walk to the village shop :w00t:

I just popped by this thread to say baby Hazel arrived on the 17th November, weighing 8lb5 and causing me no end of bother being back to back - we both fine though
Might give it a few weeks before sitting on a bike seat though

I had a good 20 miler round the local lanes on the crosser taking in Longridge fell I did a circuit up and round the summit woods& tracks (very muddy up to the spindles)
