I have done my steady weeks the Doc advised.
56k to work and back and it felt tough but great.

I have a new MTB and have been riding and racing it, Zoot has been to sunny Majorca for loads of miles and other than that it has been remarkably quiet...
Over on my new bike thread though, Wheeze has gotten himself a new bike and Moley is still riding his I believe
