    tour de stavely yesterday also 3hrs 8mins, got wet twice in one day only fourth time on bike this year and that only because i dont like getting wet!
    enjoyed a couple of nice pints also.
    not trained since skiddaw last sunday a serious case of the D.O.M.S.

    No worries mate, loop is only £20 to enter and easier to get an entry than the Fred. Done it a couple of times and it's a challenging event in itself.

    Fell race Sunday
    2 x 28k yesterday in lashing down rain to work and back
    So this morning I thought I'll bo that again
    And I did, another 2 x 28k
    So on very tired legs,
    Should I try and do tomorrow aswell????

    Yes Stagger, of course

    No cycling for me yesterday or today... as I only just got in from a very very wet Dorset for work...

    Friend of mine had to cancel the sportive he was running there last Sunday and just watched the videoo footage of the flooding he posted on Farcebook... well, it was a wise decision! Roads were still closed or partially closed today and everything remotely low lying was flooded...

    I shall be back on the bike tomorrow

    Had a ride out to Arnside this afternoon from Kendal. On the back roads to Milnthorpe and then along the estuary coming back via Levens, Brigsteer and Underbarrow. 48km and a surprising 702m of ascent. Pretty much avoided the rain too :closed:

    today and yesterday ont bike to work 28 mile each day, gona have to try a run tomorrow am + pm (not to work) before i forget how too!
