    50 in less than two years, sprightly but not so young. Just easing into some climbing work ready for next years Lakeland run/walk, great 24 hours out with mates.

    Beautiful morning today - was planning on taking the car, but it was so clear and crisp I got on the bike. 21km, 45 minute ride in. Frozen toes just defrosting 40 minutes after I finish....

    7 miles of very icey uphill riding at a very high HR :w00t: as part of testing for my new team for 2013... Very interesting day, very interesting approach, very excited for 2013

    No, not yet... The team line ups for 2013 haven't been completely confirmed yet and I will be mainly focussing on 12 hour solo but there will be some scope for pairs and team events as well My main targets are solo events though

    Bye it were cold this morning. My hour's ride took 75 minutes.
    Got the 51st ride in and with six layers, 2 pair of gloves, two pair if socks and neoprene over shoes, thermal bib and thermal under tights, buff on head and I was still frozen.
