    when I told my dad I was running up Snowdon next week i'm sure he said "well don't die son", I realise now what he was actually saying was "don't Dyson"

    With a C.V. like that i feel Tarquin ought to apply for the 'action-man' role on Blue Peter. Gethin seemed to do well from it as he's striding out with the gorgeous Kathryn Jenkins.
