Borrowdale Checkpoint times

Hi,
I will be doing some training around the borrowdale fell race course and was wondering what sort of times people are reaching the checkpoints in the race/training. I want to work out what sort of time I should be looking for. I realise that the first runner home will be significantly faster than the last so if you could give let me know the time you did the race/training over the course and an idea of when you reached the checkpoints.

only cut off is for honister 15.30, but that still gives you 4 and a half hours to git ther

I last did the race in 2004. Finished in 5.30 so I guess I just made it through Honister checkpoint in about 4.29 it was a scorching hot day too.
I would hope to do it a bit quicker this year
