I wouldn't ask any questions but, instead, let him or her ask me about just what full body seizure and chest cramps feel like. Or perhaps just how challenging running with hypothermia, super cramped up calves, total energy loss and dehydration can be.
Lets face it, running while super fit is easy peasy - they couldn't hack it though if they had to run handicapped by proper unfitnness could they, the ponces.
