Brilliant sacs, very comfy, hardly know you are wearing it.
Just done 26 miles on the Dovedale Dipper wearing the Pro 12 with no rubbing or chaffing, wifey had the Pro 4 bumb bag and had no complaints either.

I've got the 18L and use it for running and biking and think its very good. Just started using the bladder with it and so far am impressed. Very stable to run with.

I've got the Race Pro 4 bumbag with hydration bladder. Wore it for the first time on a 24 miler and it was so comfy I didn't notice it was there!

I've been using this for almost 6 months now, best bit of kit out there in my humble opinion - I've got a camel bak as well, brought it thinking I would need something lighter for summer running - biggest waste of money ever. When you've run with the inov-8 pack, carrying water around your waste, you'll never want to use a normal "up-right" carrier again!

And the camel bak leaks, which is an irritation to say the least.

Hi, sorry to interupt this thead but......im after buying either the 2ltr or 4 ltr inov-8 bumbag.
I want it for when i go out running for stuff around the 10 mile and above mark.
I want it to carry general things such as phone, waterprooft jacket, energy snack.
The 2ltr is cheaper so thats a benifit but having the 4ltr would alow me to carry water aswel.

So whats your views.......anybody know the dimentions for the 4ltr.

well, i'm not the expert but the hydro bladder is two litres so there's half your space gone. I'm sure you must be able to sqeeze what you need in. The twelve litre i have takes the hydro bladder (hardly takes any room), waterproof jacket. waterproof trousers, hat, gloves thermal running top, first aid kit, moby, whistle, torch and small survival blanket. even when i do a 10 mile i will have this kit as i'm getting used to running with it as much as possible.
However, go on inov8 website, they are a wealth of tech info about their products
