okay when i said start another thread someone has just pmd me and said wind them up about there shoes.

So

Right women can often get a negative experience with clothes shopping .
Not so with shoes
trust me ive studied them

Women dont have to diet to fit into shoes. There shoe size generally stays a six if its always been a six. Unlike clothes shoes dont have to be split in the wardrobe into thin shoes, slim shoes , fat shoes etc like clothes do.
Shoes dont dont care if a woman has missed a few gym sessions, or eaten a cadburys caramel or even that extra bit of cake, unlike clothes that do.

high heeled shoes distribute a womans weight better.

A women doesnt generally get embarresed by there shoe size and feet in general dont betray a woman as thereweight hardly ever alters.

Feet dnt bloat from a size 6 to an 8 overnight because of that extra rice cake that got eaten at 11.30 the night before.

So my fellow men i say dont fight the great shoe dilema , go with it
Take note of the styles she likes and colours and surprise her witha new pair of shoes.

I see you have made some very good observations Darren....

I can fully recommend wearing 4 inch heels the day after a race, the fact the calves are lengthened seems to aid recovery and abate any DOMS like syptoms, I would also add avoid any pavements with eroded cement in the slab cracks although those wooded decking like surfaces have to got to be the ultimate heel destroyers.
