I got some as part of a prize from one of the open 5 races. I'm not normally that keen on energy drink/ bars sort of stuff. I think I'm psychologically scarred after a bad gipping experience with an energy bar on the Jura LAMM But i really like the Nunn stuff. I got lemon and lime flavour, and cola flavour. My personal preference is the lemon and lime, but the cola's not bad

4 Flavours from memory; Tri-berry, Citrus, Lemon/Lime and Cola. I am a big fan of the first, the other two are good also. Cola best avoided.

5 flavours now availalble, with the introduction of an Orange and Ginger flavour a couple of months ago.
The Kona Kola flavour is the "marmite" of the nuun range with a love or hate following and not a lot in between.....

i do know the caffein is a no no, caffein has a nasty habit of causing fibrillation and collapse with me
