Nasal Polyps

Got my date to go under the knife, its this friday.

Gonna have to have two weeks off work to avoid infection (perhaps a week camping in the lakes would help, with all that clena air) and have 3 weeks off running.

That means I'm going to miss even more races and gonna have to forfeit my number for the duddon valley race

Hopefully, Ill be a new man after this op and not sound like the flying scotsman when running.

All the best for the op!

I suffered from a semi-blocked nostril (!) last year but the doc linked that to a nasal drip that I seem to have on and off. A course of Beconase nasal spray cleared it all up within a couple o' weeks and I have no breathing troubles at all now. Mind you, I live at about 1100ft elevation and it's always windy so maybe that has something to do with it!

Im prepping my self for two long boring weeks off work, how can a generally active guy keep himself busy whilst stuck in the house, Im going to go nuts.
