    The y in Welsh is a flibberty-gibbet. Best way to remember the rules is the word for hospital, ysbyty. The front and middle ones are a short u sound as in bus and the one at the end is the usual short i sound as in butty. So it is said usbuty.
    Now, for your next challenge, how is Eglwyswrw pronounced??!

    Yeah, good go Joe. I think egg-lewis-oo-roo is the way I would have written it...which comes to about the same thing!
