    Having looked at the pics on the Bofra site I might be tempted by this on Sunday - probably a lot drier underfoot than it appears to have been in 2008

    I'm getting pissed up on saturday night so i'll have to see but the route does look very pleasant.

    Did you get there Mr B? I gave it a miss after a (long for me!) 2 hour session on and around Embsay Moor yesterday.

    No, i didn't get in till 2am and the beer lag as got me good and proper! Went for a recovery run around Fewston to see if they actually work, i did some hill reps on the dam on saturday.
