    It was as horrible as ever, but I wasn't last. Some lad broke the record in under 7 minutes!

    Christos Tzelis. He's very talented and only 19 years old (I think). He's focusing on track, road and triathlon rather than fell. He finished in 6:52, beating the previous record (which had stood since before Christos was born) by nine seconds.
