done this a few years ago . a mixture of forest trails and roads with a bit of cross country flat and scenic a lovely run
is this the one being organised by Denbigh Harriers?
I did their Fairy Freckled Cow trail race a couple of months ago, and can vouch for the area being superb for trail/multi-terrain-type races
