    Remember if you do long cakestops, it doesn't diminish for your actual time - so you could still do all the cakestops & be king of the MTN!!

    Hiya Allan, its been a while since i have climbed anything over here. The last couple of years its mostly been Bouldering in Yorkshire (i love gritstone) and the lakes. It would do me good to get out and climb because im off to Skye to try the Cuillin ridge again (stormed off it three times last year!) in 10 weeks. Are you running on saturday? Look out for the mountain bike club jersey!

    I will be racing tommorow, if I can sort a lift out (otherwise will have to either miss or cycle up there). I already know you, thought you knew who I was?
