    I am lucky. my orthotics are "off the peg", not created specially for me so not too pricey. I guess I am lucky to have a common problem that only requires a relatively cheap solution.

    Get them from a man in Wibsey on the outskirts of Bradford. Simon Walpole, used to do lots of climbing so he likes a chat about the fells as well!
