Does anyone know where route description/map can be found?
Will do Mudlugger - may choose to be on Pillar as this is the last cut off (15:40 ? - from memory ).

We were up around Gillerccomb/Gable/Kirk fell yesterday evening - Its very, very dry up there, only damp green slime in all the usual watering spots. Anyone been around Blackbeck this week? was going to rely on that as my last water souce.

Ooops may have just dropped a clanger. Just assumed that it was an entry on the day type race. Just noticed that entries had to arrive by today.

Do you know if they allow entries on the day as well?

Apparently not, but as I've only just sent my entry off, I'm hoping the lovely (and I hear preposterously handsome) Mr Dulson will be lenient.

Was at Black beck yesterday afternoon. Just a trickle of water in it. I think my dog drank the last drops though, so it's completely dry now. Sorry!

    Balls!

I emailed the organiser this morning as soon as I realised so I do hope that I can still race.

Although by the sounds of the water situ it could be a tough one at the weekend.
