Thread: Dave Bray Memorial

    Dave Bray Memorial

    Hi
I quite fancy doing this. Has anyone got any route details? And is the route obvious, marshalled, or both? I notice that last year's field was very small and quite spread out in terms of finishing times, so the usual strategy of follow-the-person-in-front might not work!

    Thanks.

    TIMRN

This is home turf for me & a race hopefully I will do this year. Attached is a map.
Not sure of your level of fitness / experience, the route is reasonably well defined - we're not talking Borrowdale in lousy weather here by way of comparison.

The main thing is to ENJOY & say Hello

Thanks Manhar. Realised now that this clashes with other commitments so unfortunately won't be doing it. Now I know the route, though, I'll have a run round it next time I'm in the area. Thanks again, and have a good race!

No club. Dave Willis organises it.

Have done it last few years Jan but it clashes with Windgather this time which is in our club championship.

    Re: Dave Bray Memorial

Have changed my mind and will be doing this tomorrow to support Dave Willis.
Might be a bit boggy on Hollingworthall Moor but hopefully the weather will be fine.
