Training abroad

Has anyone ever organised a training week/weekend abroad? If so, can you provide details on locations, costs, how did you book it?

Long weekend out to Chamonix (bear in mind altitude), nice time of year (summer tourists gone home and quiet time before the skiers arrive) - my favourite time of year in the Cham Valley....Cheap flights available out to Geneva and then car hire/coach to Cham...Lots of cheap accomodation deals to be had at this time of the year......Running, well fill yer boots mate....I like to spend time on the Brevant side of the valley for days on the hoof...loads to go at...
