Bob Wightman BG website

Have had difficulty getting Bob Wightmans BG website for the past week or so...

Looked at it a couple of months back and saw that he had a pretty good BG training schedule posted on the site....

Anyone out there got a copy of that schedule they can email me???

Tell you what, a terrific site with lots of insights into the BG! no probs linking into it from the Pennines thought the charts and stuff to be spot on!
