Right, ive just discovered this local race that’s held near where i live.
Its help by the long distance walkers association but runners are welcome too.
Its 13 miles of undulating multi-terrain and i really want to do it.

The thing is though; ive only ever ran 10 miles before. That was a couple of months ago and im getting fitter and fitter.
Im not bothered about what time i get as long as i get round ok.

Im prob not guna be able to train this week because at the mo my legs feel like they don’t belong to me after my first ever race yesterday - 10k (41:53.)

That only gives me 3 weeks to train for it and increase my current capable mileage by three.

So do you think I’ll be capable or should i wait for next year.
Or should i just go for it and use pure determination to drag myself round.
